I have problems with the network connectivity and the video continuously buffers.
We have high quality proxy servers located in different parts of the US. For almost all users, our service works flawlessly all the time and the video is smooth with no freezes at all. If you encounter buffering problems you should try to switch your proxy by configuring one of the server locations below:

We have tested TV Proxy in the USA, Germany, Netherlands, India, Greece, Cyprus, Australia, Singapore, Italy, France, Norway, Sweden, Spain, New Zealand, Japan, Russia and Poland without any problems. If your country is not listed it's because we've not tried it there yet. The only place we've had trouble is with mem ber states of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai. Some ISPs in these countries would appear to prevent users from using any proxies but you're welcome to give it a try. Should you be unsuccessful, you will be given a full refund.
Is the proxy compatible with social networking websites?
Some ISP's might have firewalls installed that will block the access to websites for social networking, like Bebo, Facebook, MySpace, Friendster, Classmates.com, Orkut or many others, as you may have already discovered with other servers. We have confirmed unblocked access and no restrictions are experienced during our testing with our proxy server. For this reason, our proxy server is determined to operate compatibly with the major social networking websites.
I don't get prompted for my authentication details, what's wrong?
This happens when proxy is not configured correctly and the connection is not going through the proxy. Make sure you configured the proxy on your active connection (the one that is in use).
I'm encountering the ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved, what's wrong?
This usually happens when you are trying to browse the web by loading access.usproxy.tv in your web browser. That is not the correct way to do it, after you configured the browser to use a proxy you are able to browse the web as before the only difference is that you can bypass the restrictions on the websites that require an US IP address. Instead of typing access.usproxy.tv in the address bar you should type the address of the website you are trying to visit.
